Do I need fitness industry experience?
No! We have Hitsona studio owners from a wide variety of non fitness backgrounds including a sales manager, a dinner lady and an ex serviceman. In fact, some of most successful studios are led by people with no fitness or business ownership backgrounds. If you are teachable, and willing to embrace the Hitsona ethos, you have every chance of becoming a leading studio owner.
Do I need a high net worth and large amount of capital?
At Hitsona, we are more interested in the attitude and character of our studio owners than their bank balance. If you are the right fit for our community and have a desire to have an impact on your local community, we will do everything we can to help you make a success of your Hitsona studio.
How soon will I make a profit?
There are lots of variables within every studio and every location. Our aim is that we create a community that has low fixed costs whilst delivering exceptional quality results and community to Hitsona members so that the studio becomes a success rapidly. Our support in finding the correct building, creating a welcoming and inspiring studio within that building and training you to be able to find and enrol suitable members mean that we see studios making a profit within six months of opening their doors.
I’ve never coached before, how do I take sessions?
At Hitsona we believe simplicity is key. We will train you and any other coaches you wish to work with in your Hitsona to take highly effective and fun exercise sessions. Our patented HIT Machines, branded heart rate system and session streaming service make delivering quality, enjoyable sessions to your members a seamless process.
